my name is Sarah and I'm a studied fashion designer. I worked several years for a young fashion company as designer in the female department. Since three years I work as a freelance in fashion and print design.
I have a passion for flowers and colors. Therefore my greatest source of inspiration is botany. Visits to gardens, parks and tropical houses inspire me and evoke new ideas and color concepts in me.
I also love to travel, to be fascinated by other cultures, to immerse myself in the mood and atmosphere of a city or country with its people.
This is not only a good opportunity for me to discover new things, it is also important for me to develop a feeling for trends, to feel the spirit of the times and to adapt to fashion or print design.
I'm open for any new exciting pattern-, print-, painting and fashion projects.
New ideas and requests are always welcome. So don't hesitate to contact me!
I studied fashion design with focus on print design at the HTW (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft) in Berlin.
2011 I graduated successfully and started to work as fashion designer for womenswear in young-fashion company in Hamburg. I gained experience in various product groups and handled the complete design process from concept idea till final production. I worked with suppliers and agencies all over the world (for example India, Indonesia, China, Turkey, Bangladesh and Pakistan) and visited them and their factories.
Prints and patterns were always an important topic and part of the collections.
Strongly driven by my passion for colors and prints I decided to start to work as a freelance print designer, as these were always the jobs that fascinated me most.
Some of my customers:
